Honestly I never really do a facial treatment my whole life, until once, I did my 1st one last year in Singapore. I felt ok, with the result at that time. But then I feel the need to do 'something' with my face-skin, this year, as it's getting dry and dull. Products I had been using apparently not giving any good impact. Especially to my eyes area. I was not happy about it.

To attain a normal skin is not something that I've ever dream about. I'm 3...yrs old and due to my working environment in the aircraft and born with dry skin, I've extremely dry and dehydrated skin. I used a lot of rich cream such as la prairie and spend loads of money. Dry skin has led to more freckles, wrinkles and fine lines on my face. I was very bothered by my skin for many years and I often asked myself why can't I have a normal skin like others. I've been through many expensive treatments and facial and none has given me a long term effect on my skin and definitely not much changes.

Thank you for your wonderful treatment for the past year. I still remember on the first day I met you upon pure chance, I had been struggling to cope with acne prone, dull, reactive and oily skin. Since adolescent, I had been fight with oily skin, pimples, acnes and outbreaks. I had been to a few GP for consultations and to date, none had been able to solve my problem completely. What I had realised is, they had only 'solved' the problems that are on the surface and neglected the roots of it. Furthermore, all of them failed to advise me on how I can control and prevent the problem from surfacing again. Thus after each treatment from them, the problem is back with a vengeance. And now, I ended up with reactive skin, which turns red very easily.

Luckily, I met Jasey, who provides me with professional advice and recommendation of products. Since my treatment with her, my skin had improved tremulously. Jasey takes time to explain and explore how the products are able to best cater to my skin. Detailed explanation of how each product's component, how it works and how to use it, enables me to better gauge by myself if my skin is reacting positively to the treatment or not.

However, the route I had taken is not as smooth sailing as one thought. I had faced multiple outbreaks (which I had been pre-warned), as the skin renews itself. One good month, one bad month, so this cycle continues for about 6 months until the skin stabilises. Although, at the moment I have not achieved my target, but I know I am on the way there. So, with perseverance, the combination of BDR treatment with Decleor and Environ products a miracle happened. Now I can go out without having to put on any make-up.

I have agreed to write this testimonial for Jasey as I would like to share with you my experiences. For those of you who happen to have the same skin problems as me, I hope my little story below will help you in some ways or others so that you won’t have to go through the same experience as me and spend as much monies on myriads of facial products, facial treatments and consultations.

I have oily, sensitive and dehydrated skin which is rather problematic. Having crystal-clear, clean and hydrated skin is something so hard to attain, even though I have tried different popular commercial products that purport to do wonders on the skin, visited popular skin specialists and did chemical peel. Regardless, I still suffered from frequent breakouts (especially on the forehead area), and my face was always red and flushed.

I was introduced to Jasey about a year ago, and she was very professional and patient in explaining the procedures that I need. She recommended BDR to me which involves using lactic acid and glycolic acid.

I was very reluctant to use any more acids on my face due to my previous experience with a doctor who is rather expensive and popular. The doctor prescribed me products that have rather high acid content, and I was required to use glycolic acid on a daily basis on my face. Under the doctor’s recommendation, I underwent a chemical peel too. Even though my skin improved in the initial 2 months after consulting the doctor, my skin seemed to be “immune” to the products thereafter and acnes and pimples started to appear again.

As such, I was very resistant when Jasey told me that I have to use acids to control the oiliness of my skin again. After much detailed explanation by Jasey about the process and acids, I finally agreed to give it a try. In particular, I have agreed to try acids again since Jasey only required me to use lactic acid once a week at home.

Nonetheless, the process was not all plain sailing as a lot of effort and perseverance are required. There were times when my skin broke out with huge pimples that I have never experienced before and I really felt like giving up.

Fortunately, Jasey is constantly monitoring my progress and always reassuring. I feel that I am in good hands and trust her completely, and we have begun to see results of our efforts. Even though I still very far from my target of crystal-clear skin, the acnes on my forehead have cleared, and my face is not as red and reactive as before. I can feel that my skin is firmer than before as well.

I am very thankful to have met Jasey. It is hard to find a therapist who is knowledgeable, honest, professional and personable. Jasey happens to be the rare gem amongst the pebbles.
